PREPARING FOR A TRIP?

Here are some tips and things to keep in mind or check before departure to ensure your entire trip goes smoothly and safely.

  1. Check the restrictions on entry to the destination country and possible transit country. You can find all the information you need on the websites listed above.

  2. Check whether your connection is up to date. For this purpose, please contact our consultants.

  3. If possible, check-in for your flight on-line. Many airlines, longing to maintain an appropriate level of security for travelers, have introduced restrictions on check-in at airports. You will find the check-in link and detailed information about the airports on your ticket.

  4. Check if your chosen airline has restrictions on hand luggage. In order to ensure safety, some airlines have limited the number of items that can be taken on board. Detailed information can be found here.

  5. Plan your arrival at the airport with some time reserved to spare. Due to the introduction of new security and check-in procedures, the time needed to board the plane may be extended.

  6. If you are traveling with a rental car, check the procedures put in place by the car rental companies. You can do it here.

  7. Monitor your health, especially temperature and any breathing problems. The health of travelers is monitored at most airports. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, contact the appropriate medical services, and reschedule your trip.

  8. Covering the mouth and nose is required throughout the entire journey. Have protective masks with you. If your trip takes more than 3 hours, you may be asked to replace your mask with a new one after a certain period of time.

  9. Take care of your hygiene. Wash or disinfect your hands frequently throughout the journey. Disinfectants are provided by airports and some airlines. It will also be a good idea to bring your own disinfectant (but remember that when traveling by air, the capacity of the container must not exceed 100 ml).

  10. Maintain a safe social distance whenever possible. Follow the instructions of airport and airline employees and obey applicable laws.
